finance plan which tracks campaign cash flow to ensure
the client’s campaign has the resources to fund the race.

• Serve as an advisor to the pollster, direct mail vendor and
media vendor to coordinate a unified message to the voters
from the campaign.

• Consult the overall day-to-day operations of the campaign and
implement any additional aspects as needed by the campaign.

• Work closely with the campaign staff and monitor the
campaign’s ground operation and volunteer activities to ensure
a successful Get Out the Vote and 72-Hour turnout operation.

• Advise the campaign’s communications team on press
activities and earned media opportunities.
