After working for the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), Jim managed current Texas Governor Rick Perry's 1998 winning Lieutenant Governor's campaign. Jennifer Bannister
joined Capitol Strategy Group as a founding partner in 2004. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the fields of government and corporate relations, political and non-profit fundraising, PAC management and corporate event planning.  

Bannister's clients have included Ed Bryant for U.S. Senate in Tennessee, Jim Bryson for Governor in Tennessee, Christian Outdoor Alliance, Charles Matthews' Texas Railroad Commissioner re-election campaign, Jim Powers for County Judge, Mac Collins for U.S. Senate in Georgia, American International Group, Republican Party of Texas and the Texas Public Policy Foundation, as well as several Texas House campaigns. read more


Diana Klenske Kincaid
brings vast knowledge and experience in the field of political fundraising, having worked for many prominent elected officials including Congressman Tom Price, U.S. Senator Saxby Chambliss, and former Congressman Bob Barr, to name just a few. She joined Capitol Strategy Group as a founding partner in 2004.

Kincaid oversees the fundraising department of the firm, works with Congressman Tom Price, and frequently serves as a consultant on fundraising projects for PACs and organizations seeking to raise funds in Georgia as well as several other states in the southeast. read more


Travis Lindley offers expertise and background in the areas of government affairs, lobbying, PAC management and grassroots advocacy projects. One of the founding partners of Capitol Strategy Group, Lindley has many years of political experience and is known as an experienced lobbyist and operative in Georgia and has worked in Texas, Mississippi, and North and South Carolina. Lindley lobbies on behalf of numerous physician and healthcare interests. In that capacity he works with associations and groups for patient choice in healthcare, healthcare deregulation and patient safety. The firm consults the Georgia Society of Ophthalmology, the Georgia Psychiatric Physicians Association, and United Surgical Partners International. Lindley also represents the Georgia Society of Ambulatory Surgery Centers; the society represents Georgia's 200-plus physician owned ambulatory surgery centers. Lindley consults Resurgens Orthopaedics, Georgia's largest orthopaedic surgical group, which today is among the largest orthopaedic practice groups in the nation. read more

Tim Baker Tim Baker brings over a decade of experience managing and consulting political campaigns, having worked on more than twenty campaigns for federal office. Baker joined Capitol Strategy Group, Inc. in 2007 to lead the general consulting area of the firm. His extensive experience in electing candidates to Congress includes working all across the southeast with the National Republican Congressional Committee, developing and implementing paid and earned media, mail, grassroots and fundraising plans for many campaigns. read more

Katie Connell Miller brings fundraising, event planning and campaign experience to Capitol Strategy Group. She joined the firm in 2006 and has since played a key role in raising funds for a large number of projects. Miller works closely with partners Diana Kincaid and Laura Dunaway, currently focusing on raising funds for the firm's State Senate and House clients. She is also spearheading the firm's fundraising efforts for the 2009 2nd Annual Georgia FFA Foundation Blue & Gold Gala. read more

Laura Willis Dunaway brings years of political fundraising experience to Capitol Strategy Group and to the clients of the firm. Dunaway joined Capitol Strategy Group as a partner in early 2005. She specializes in and manages many of the firm's fundraising, marketing and event planning projects. read more

Janet Stacy Newman joined Capitol Strategy Group in 2007. Her primary focus is raising funds for State House Representative Sharon Cooper (Chair of Health and Human Services), Representative Wendell Willard (Chairman of Judiciary), Representative Richard Smith and other state legislative candidates. read more

Kelly Earley brings fundraising, campaign and congressional experience to Capitol Strategy Group. Most recently Earley worked as the Finance Director for Congressman Mac Collins in his 2006 Congressional bid, a dynamic campaign that raised over 2 million dollars. She spearheaded numerous events hosting several Cabinet secretaries, Congressional dignitaries, the Vice President, and even the President of the United States on two different occasions, one Presidential visit alone raising close to $500,000. Today she is working with State Senator Mitch Seabaugh raising money for his re-election campaign, as well as working closely with Capitol Strategy Group on special projects. read more
