Kelly Earley brings fundraising, campaign and congressional experience to Capitol Strategy Group. Most recently Earley worked as the Finance Director for Congressman Mac Collins in his 2006 Congressional bid, a dynamic campaign that raised over 2 million dollars. She spearheaded numerous events hosting several Cabinet secretaries, Congressional dignitaries, the Vice President, and even the President of the United States on two different occasions, one Presidential visit alone raising close to $500,000. Today she is working with State Senator Mitch Seabaugh raising money for his re-election campaign, as well as working closely with Capitol Strategy Group on special projects.

Previously, Earley worked in the office of Congressman Lynn Westmoreland (GA -8), where she split her time between his re-election campaign and his official Congressional office. While working with Congressman Westmoreland, she assisted with his fundraising efforts and also worked in his Congressional office developing community relations through special projects.

Earley began her political career when she moved to Capitol Hill upon graduation, where she quickly became a legislative assistant for Congressman Dan Burton from Indiana, former Chairman of the Committee on Government Reform. As a legislative assistant, she focused on policy and legislation involving tax, business, and the emerging debate on stem cell research.

After time on Capitol Hill, Earley returned to Georgia, where she became a history and political science teacher in Newnan, creating a successful political science curriculum for 8th grade students.  Earley also helped develop a sales program for a start up recruitment advertising company.  She successfully increased their sales revenue by traveling and developing new advertising campaigns for prospective clients.

However, her passion for politics drew her back into the political arena with the Mac Collins for U.S. Senate campaign. Earley handled many tasks on the statewide campaign, among them, the challenging task of scheduling the candidate and coordinating the campaign’s volunteers. Following the 2004 primary, she joined the Westmoreland campaign and later his official staff.

Earley graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in History. Earley is formerly Kelly Frantz and is married to Jaret Earley.
