Diana Klenske Kincaid brings vast knowledge and experience in the field of political fundraising, having worked for many prominent elected officials including Congressman Tom Price, U.S. Senator Saxby Chambliss, and former Congressman Bob Barr, to name just a few. She joined Capitol Strategy Group as a founding partner in 2004.

Kincaid oversees the fundraising department of the firm, works with Congressman Tom Price, and frequently serves as a consultant on fundraising projects for PACs and organizations seeking to raise funds in Georgia as well as several other states in the southeast.

Capitol Strategy Group's fundraising team organizes and executes the Georgia FFA Foundation's Annual Blue & Gold Gala and Auction at the Georgia Aquarium. This very successful annual event for the Foundation, a non-profit organization, is its largest fundraising event each year with high-ranking elected officials and celebrities as special guests. Nearly 400 guests attend an exciting evening with both live and silent auctions and an elaborate buffet.

In addition to the firm's congressional clients, the fundraising team also organizes numerous other fundraising efforts for non-profits, 501(c) (4) entities, and state legislators. The firm's 2008 election cycle clients included Major General Rick Goddard in the 8th Congressional District, the Friends of Fred Thompson presidential campaign's fundraising effort in Georgia, Congressman Lynn Westmoreland, and numerous State Senate and House clients with the firm's fundraising program specifically designed to meet the needs of state legislators.

2006 election cycle clients included Georgia Congressman Tom Price, U.S. Senate Candidate Ed Bryant in Tennessee, Congressional candidates Max Burns and Mac Collins, and Gary Black for Agriculture Commissioner in Georgia, as well as several state and federal PACs. The 2006 cycle was the firm's most successful to date with the team raising in excess of $10 million for all clients combined. Highlights from the cycle include organizing four events with the President and the Vice President, which alone raised over $1.3 million for the Burns and Collins campaigns.

During the 2004 cycle, Kincaid's primary focus was raising funds for Congressman Tom Price, ranking number one nationally in fundraising among candidates running in a race for an open seat. During the 2000 and 2002 election cycles, she was the fundraising director for Congressman Bob Barr's re-election efforts raising $3.5 million and $3.2 million and placed among the top five in the country in fundraising. She also raised PAC and national funds for U.S. Senator Saxby Chambliss.

Her past clients also include Guy Millner in his gubernatorial and senatorial campaigns, the Georgia Public Policy Foundation and the Southeastern Legal Foundation, and she has offered fundraising consulting advice to many other candidates and organizations.

Kincaid began her fundraising career in 1989 at the National Republican Senatorial Committee in Washington, D.C. While at the NRSC for two election cycles working under past Chairmen U.S. Senators Don Nickles and Phil Gramm, she climbed the ranks to become the Director of the Senate President's Council, the Committee's PAC donor program, and traveled to various states to organize fundraising events for U.S. Senate candidates with the President and Vice President.

Kincaid is a graduate of Emory & Henry College in Emory, Virginia with a major in Business Management and minor in French. She is a member of the Junior League of Atlanta and is married to James Cardwell Kincaid, Jr.
